Apply to The City of Manchester Lead and Healthy Homes Programs
The City of Manchester currently runs a $5.59M HUD project to address lead & healthy home hazards and $1.9M to address healthy homes hazards in the City of Manchester. We began enrolling new properties into our program in 2022. We expect to enroll properties through September 2026.

Contractors: Interested in becoming a Pre-Qualified Lead Abatement Contractor for the Manchester Lead Program? All contractors will need to complete a prequalification application in order to attend bidwalks and bid on new projects.
In addition we are prequalifying contractors and various trades on a rolling basis for the Healthy Homes Production grant. If you are interested in becoming prequalified for our program, please complete and submit the application.
Lead abatement and Renovation Repair Painting (RRP) training sessions will be available for new contractors and workers.
